The Somfy Electrical Services Service Charter

Your initial enquiry
   - Your call will be answered by one of our friendly team
   - YOur team member will determine your needs and provide a cost estimate based on these details
   - You will receive a firm booking date with a 2 hour arrival time window
   - You will receive confirmation details of your booking including job reference number
   - You will receive a confirmation phone call on the day before the scheduled appointment

On the day
   - Your qualified electrician will contact you 30minutes prior to their arrival
   - If your electrician is unable to arrive at the scheduled time they will contact you to advise ASAP
   - Your electrician will be clean and presentable at all times
   - They will protect your furniture and carpets before they start work
   - They will clean their work area including vacuuming and return any moved furniture on completion of the job
   - You will receive a certificate of electrical compliance for the work carried out
   - Your electrician will ensure that all work is carried out to your satisfaction and explain all the features of your Somfy automated installation
   - All electrical work will be carried out in compliance with AS/NZS 3000
- You will receive an invoice detailing all work completed including parts used

After the appointment
  - One of our friendly team will contact you to ensure your total satisfaction with the work carried out and your experience with Somfy Electrical Services
